Now in its 14th year!
The Hawaii Buildings, Facilities & Property Management Expo has been presented annually in March since 2008 with the exception of 2021 when it was cancelled due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. The Expo provides reliable and convenient access to a wide variety of products, services and equipment for owners, managers and operations personnel of Hawaii’s buildings, facilities and property management companies.
The Expo had been developed by Ken Kanter and launched by Douglas Trade Shows with Ken serving as the Exposition Director. He continues in that capacity and also acquired full ownership of the Expo at the end of 2019 via his company, Creative Service Associates, LLC (CSA). The Expo is produced and presented by CSA under the dba: Trade Shows Hawaii.
Although a variety of free industry educational seminars are presented each year, the primary objective of the Expo is to bring the people with purchasing authority or influence in the Hawaii industry together with local and national manufacturers, distributors and representatives for an effective trade event market in the Exhibit Hall. Admission is free.
Protocols at the Expo:
Although, we are hopeful that the pandemic health-safety protocols in place during the Expo will be few, if any, we will continue to monitor whether attendees, exhibitors & staff will need to observe one or more of the following on-site procedures before being admitted to the Exhibit Hall and Seminars: 1) have temperature taken, 2) wear health-safety masks, 3) maintain social distancing parameters, 4) show proof of having received a full Covid vaccination or 5) provide proof of having tested negative for Covid within a prescribed number of days.
